  • What: Treeriffic: National Trails Day
  • Volunteers will be moving and spreading material through out the nature trail.  Tools will include metal rakes, Pulaskis, Mattocks, McLeods and tampers.
  •  Registration between 9-9:30am; tool safety will begin shortly after registration and duties will be offered.
  • When: June 7 9:00am - 3:00 pm
  • Where:

    Head east on 36th Avenue past the Seward Hwy.  Take a right (south) on to Locarno Drive.  Follow Locarno Drive to St. Gotthard Avenue and turn right (west).  Follow St. Gotthard Avenue and look for the signs on the left.  Parking could be tight so if it is possible to carpool that would be best.

  • Bring a daypack: 2 liters of water, sack lunch, layers for wind and rain, work gloves and sturdy work boots. Snacks will be provided and fun National Trails Day freebies!
